The paper’s compound series and comparisons matter. A finding on one tested structure should not be assigned to every related molecule or every material with a similar short name.

Three questions an assay can separate
An enzyme assay asks about activity under its test conditions. Selectivity comparisons ask whether other tested systems respond. Permeability experiments ask about movement across a model barrier. These are related questions, but they are not the same measurement.
The original work used artificial-membrane and Caco-2 approaches among its permeability methods. Their results should be described with the model attached, rather than converted into an unsupported claim about a finished product.
